Merchandise Returns

No material may be returned without the written consent of UCASCO Products Corp. Depending on the manufacturers policy, a ten to thirty (10-30%) percent restocking charge and full outgoing and incoming freight charges will apply to material accepted for return. There will be no restocking charge if the merchandise is defective or the order was incorrectly filled.

To Protect your interest, it is imperative that you inspect and count articles before accepting shipment. Damages or shortages should be documented on the FREIGHT BILL. Feel free to contact us for assistance in filing a claim. ICC REGULATIONS PLACE RESPONSIBILITY FOR FILING CLAIMS WTIH THE CONSIGNEE! Claims cannot be honored after one (1) month from the date of shipment.
